Employment Opportunities

Current Open Positions:

• Elementary School - 3rd Grade Teacher (Full Time - 2011/2012)
   
• NCA Head Coach Positions - Athletics (Part Time - 2011/2012)

Head Coach for 6th-8th Grade Sports Open Positions:

• 7th grade girls’ volleyball (late August- mid- October)
• 8th grade girls’ volleyball (late August- mid- October)
• 8th grade boys’ basketball (mid- October-mid-December)
• 6th grade boys’ basketball (mid-November- early February)
• 7th grade girls’ basketball (early February- late March)
• 8th grade girls’ basketball (early February- late March)

Our 6th grade students play in the Tri-County Christian Athletic League and our 7th and 8th grade teams are new members of the Cascade League of the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA).

ALL applicants must submit to a background check.

A.  Non- Certified Support Staff Application: Educational Assistants, Office, Recess, Receptionist, Nurse, Substitutes, Lunchroom, Extended Care, Early Learning Center, Full and Part-Time Positions

B.  Full and Part-Time Certified Teacher Positions:

2. Fill out the application thoroughly.  YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR STATE TEACHING CERTIFICATE.
   
3. Please submit your application to the NCA Office, as noted below.
    
4. If there is an opening for which the candidate is qualified, he/she may be asked to interview with the principal.
    
5. All eligible candidates will be considered before further steps are taken.
    
6. If initial screening is passed, you may be called for an interview by the school interview team.  At this point, you will be asked for your placement file.
    
7. Following a successful interview with the school interview team, you will be contacted by the office and a final interview with the principal will be arranged.
    
8. A position will be offered to the finalist.  A contract will be drawn up and an orientation date will be determined.
    
9. Candidates who are not offered a position will be notified by mail or phone.**

C.  Administrator Positions:

** Applications will be retained in our files for 1 year following application date.  After one year, renewal will be made annually upon request by applicant.
