"But you are chosen...that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light."
1 Peter 2:9
It has been a week since the Middle School Retreat and we are still talking about it and singing the praises of how God worked in the hearts of our students and parents. It was a great time of fellowship, bonding with old friends, making new friends, trying new activities for the first time and giving our hearts completely to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! What an amazing sight to see so many middle schoolers renew their commitment to live holy lives!
Our retreat speaker was Pastor Mike Wright, and we are so thankful for his ministry and his heart for our children. Please open the attached letter from Pastor Wright below. Because I know, as a parent, we don't always get a lot of details from our children about their experiences and it isn't easy knowing the right questions to ask them to get them to open up. I think you will enjoy Pastor Wright's letter and find this information beneficial.
We are praying for your child and pray that you will have the opportunity to spend some time reflecting on their experience!
In His Holy Name,
Trisha Galindo ~ M.S. Events Coordinator
